The Green Bay Packers are rolling over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 12, but they might have to finish out the game without running back Josh Jacobs. The big back scored his second touchdown of the game in the third quarter and then proceeded to head to the locker room. The team quickly announced he was questionable to return due to cramps.

Jacobs left the game with 99 rushing yards and two touchdowns. He’s likely getting some fluids to try and fix that issue and get back into the game. The Packers lead 24-7 late in the third quarter.
