Pronounced (Sa*eed Bra-bo), I am a Multimedia Journalism student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. As a first-generation American born of Mexican parents, my passion for sports came from my father's love and admiration for professional American sports, particularly MLB and NFL. For me, that passion grew even larger during the pandemic and upon my discovery of 670 the score in Chicago. I am a massive Chicago sports fan, I like weightlifting, running and occasionally I listen to House of L podcast, 1st and Pod and The Full Go Podcast. By having the privilege to cover Illinois programs, I strive to have my coverage come from an informed place and to make my coverage fair, concise and ultimately make you (the reader) smarter.
